Don’t show your age

Usually they say that hands and neck are able to show real age most of all. If your hands and neck are well-groomed, nobody knows your real age and you’ll look younger. Generally we often forget to care about neck skin, though almost all means for face skin care are right for neck too. They are moistening, nourishing, sun creams, and special anti-aging masks.

Mix yolk with 100 gram of sour cream, add 1 table-spoon of vodka, juice of half a lemon or orange. Put the mixture on the neck skin and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the mask with warm water and rinse neck with cold water.

Mask from green lettuce and clabber has rejuvenated effect. Chopped leaves of lettuce mix with clabber and put on the neck.

It’s very useful to rinse the neck with herbal infusions. You can use lime-blossom, camomile, sage, birch buds.

Mask from herbal mixture helps to smooth wrinkles. Take in equal parts camomile, mint, birch leaves, dandelion, flowers of rose and white lily and boil them. Mix 1 table-spoon of gruel with 1 table-spoon of curd and also add 1 tea-spoon of honey.

Those, who suffer from thyroid gland sickness, can use only olive oil for neck skin care. It’s better to make compresses from olive oil.

Dewy mask from apples

Oil for your skin

You often could see that one of the components in skin care recipes is vegetable oil. It is a good ingredient for skin care. Also we use other types of oil in cosmetic aims. Apple diet for 3 days

Apple diet is ideal for cleansing of all organism and weight loss, because apples contain almost all vitamins and mineral matters we need, including folic acid, sugar and pectin. Many dietitians advise to spend 2-3 fasting apple days per a week. Today I offer 3-days apple diet. Food value of apples is 37-46 kilocalories for 100 gram.

The first day: you can eat only apples for the whole day, but not more 2 kg. It can be apples, apple sauce, grated apples, and baked apples. For supper you should drink cocktail from equal parts of fresh apple juice and mineral soda water. You can add some lemon juice in cocktail.

The second and the third days: menu like in the first day and also you are permitted to eat 200 g of non-fat curd. As for drinking, there are two opinions, you can choose yourself. One way is that you should drink much, but herb infusions, not water. Or you should follow diet without drinking, because apples contain liquid. Choice depends on your feelings and requirements of organism.

Emperor mask for face skin

You can’t compare this mask with any other one. I mean biologically strong and tonic mask from… meat. It was well-known even in times of Roman emperors. Now we have the recipe of that mask. And one interesting fact from history is here - Madam Pompadour put on her cheeks thin veal cutlets after cleaning the face with mixture of sugar and egg-white, wishing to get lively and fresh ruddiness.

Take 100 gram of lean fresh meat (veal is better) and mince meat. Mix with 1 table-spoon of vegetable oil and 1 beaten egg-white. Put on the face and leave for an hour. Then wash the face with warm water.

Masks for breast skin

Spoil breast with homemade masks. Remember that you ought not to touch mammilla and area during cosmetic procedures. Though cold is more useful for breast, but offered masks are better to do in the bath or sauna. When skin is steamed, cosmetic ingredients penetrate deeper into inner skin sells.

The recipe of nourishing mixture for eyebrows is very useful for your eyebrows being beautiful and well-groomed, silky and shining. It is easy to make at home. You need 1 tube of lanolin cream, 30 drops of vitamin A in oil, 15 drops of vitamin E in oil, 1 tea-spoon of vegetable oil and 1 tea-spoon of castor oil. Mix all ingredients carefully.

Moisturizing tonic for face and neck

Moisturizing tonic is especially useful in summer. It is made in some stages. First of all prepare infusion from marigold flowers. Pour 2 table-spoons of cut flowers with 1 glass of boiling water and keep for half an hour, then filter. Then make rose water from rose-petals. Pour 2 table-spoons of petals with 1 glass of boiling water and keep to infuse.

Mix 2 table-spoons of glycerin, 2 table-spoons of rose water and 2 table-spoons of infusion from marigold flowers carefully. Clean the face and neck with tonic every day and enjoy pleasant feelings.

Recipes for grease and dry hairs

You shouldn’t suffer from grease hair. Make the special lotion by yourself and use it after hair washing every time. This lotion will help your hair to be clean and will take surplus greasiness away. Pour 2 table-spoons of linden flowers with 500 ml. of boiling water. Boil 2-3 minutes on the light fire, and then filter. Add 1 table-spoon of vinegar or juice of 1 lemon, and 50 ml. of calendula extract (or eucalyptus) or camphor alcohol. Apply lotion on the dry hair after washing with cotton tampon.

To recover dry and thin hair you need to use oil masks. Before head washing you should apply castor oil onto hair roots. Cover the head with butter-paper and bath towel above. Leave mask for 2 hours, then wash head as usual. After washing rinse the head with mint infusion. To prepare it you should pour 2 table-spoons of mint with 200 ml. of boiling water. Infuse for 30 minutes and then filter.
Once a month make a special compress for hair recovering. Mix 1 beaten egg-yolk with 1table-spoon of castor oil. Rub warm mixture into head skin and apply on the hair. Cover head with piece of polyethylene and bath towel above. Leave for 1-2 hours. After compress wash head as usual.

Summer masks for skin

For normal skin. Take 2-3 plums, clean from peel and knead. Add ½ tea-spoon of sour cream and 1 tea-spoon of starch. Mix everything and put on the face and neck for 20-30 minutes. Then wash with warm water.

For normal and grease skin. Make juice from one peach. Add some milk and 1 table-spoon of oatmeal. Mix everything and put on the face for 20-30 minutes. Then wash with cold water. Here is another variant of this mask. Knead one peach and add 1 tea-spoon of starch or oat flour. Put mask on the face for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water.

For dry skin. Knead 1 peach and add some camomile infusion. Put on the face for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water. Nourishing lotion for dry skin is made from melon. Make juice from some layers of melon. Mix 1 table-spoon of juice with the same amount of boiled milk and mineral water. Clean face and neck with melon lotion twice a day. I want to remind that melon contains vitamin A, which is responsible for beauty and youth of skin. Also melon lotion has whitening effect.

For grease skin and skin with acne I recommend tomato mask. Put on the face layers of tomatoes with beaten white of egg. And clean acne face skin with mixture of tomato juice and glycerin.

For any type of skin. Make juice from melon. You need 2 table-spoons of melon juice. Mix 100 gram of semolina with 1 egg yolks (beaten). Add 2 tea-spoons of honey, ½ tea-spoon of salt and finally 2 table-spoons of melon juice. Put the mask on the face and neck for 15-20 minutes. This mask nourishes, refreshes, moistens and smoothes skin.

Vitamins for body skin

Don’t forget about your body skin. It needs in vitamins like a face skin. The best way of body skin care is various baths. It can be herbal baths, vitamin baths, salt baths and so on. Prepare the bath to your taste and enjoy it!

To make vitamin bath you need to mix in 1 part of raspberry and cowberry leaves, in 2 parts of sea-buckthorn and currant leaves, and in 3 parts of ashberry and dogrose leaves. Prepare infusion from them in proportion 100 gram of dry mixture for 2-3 liters of hot water. Boil the mixture on the fire for 15 minutes and then keep brewing for 45 minutes. Filter ad pour into the bath. Procedure should take since 5 till 20 minutes.

To make herbal bath you need to take in 3 parts of camomile and origanum, 4 parts of hop cones and 5 parts of motherwort and knotweed. Proportion the same - 100 gram of dry mixture for 2-3 liters of hot water. Use another recipe of herbal bath. Mix 4 parts of camomile, 5 parts of sea-buckthorn leaves, 3 parts of knotweed, 3 parts of viburnum branches, 3 parts of horse-tail and 2 parts of needles (branches of cedar, fir and pine-tree).

Find the help from freckles in the garden

May is the month when you can use verdure from your garden for skin care. Try and make sure of its conspicuous whitening effect. For example you can make easy masks from verdure and kefir. You need 2 table-spoons of cut parsley, sorrel, spinach, common elder and strawberries. Blend all ingredients with 1 table-spoon of kefir or curdled milk.

To take freckles and pigmental spots away you should wet face with extract of parsley. To prepare extract, pour cut green with boiling water, and keep for some hours. Then filter and use for cosmetic procedures.

You can prepare lotion for moving freckles away from flowers of dandelions. Pour 12 flowers with 1 glass of boiled water (room temperature) and keep for 1-1,5 hours. Then filter and rub the face skin 3-4 times a day.

Another lotion for skin with freckles is made from dandelions too. Pour 2 table-spoons of flowers with 1-1/2 glass of hot water and boil for 10-15 minutes. Then filter and use for washings.

Some minutes for eyelids skin

Our eyes are our soul’s mirror, aren’t they? But one day you see not soul but eye-bags. Of course there are many various special creams against them but you’d better to use homemade means to take eye-bags away and to care about eyelids skin effectively.

The easiest way of eyelids skin care is to put sour cream on the skin under eyes and keep for 15 minutes. Then wash away with cold tea. Or grate carrot and put in the small gauze kerchief. Put then on the eyes for 15 minutes and then wash eyes with cold tea.

In the morning it’s very useful to make compresses from strong tea. Wet cotton tampon in the fresh strong tea and put on the eyelids for some minutes. Then wash the skin with cold water or clean the skin with ice-block.

Make light massage by yourself. With finger-pads you should carefully press skin above eyebrows, then on the eyebrows and then to direction from temples to eye-corners. Since 7 p.m. do not take water or any other drinks.

Bananas in skin care

Sure banana is your favorite fruit. Bananas are very useful in all its qualities. This fruit has cellulose, protein, potassium, provitamin A, macrocells, organic acid (apple one mainly), vitamins C, B, PP and E. Pulp of banana used in cosmetic masks has perfect emollient, moistening and smoothing effects. That’s why masks from bananas are very useful and necessary for all women.

Firstly I offer some banana masks for all types of skin. Knead 1 banana as puree and mix with 2 tea-spoons of free sugar yoghurt or oatmeal. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes. Knead 1 banana and mix with some milk. Put on the face and in 15-20 minutes wash the face with milk.

Masks for normal and dry skin. Knead 1 banana and mix with 1 tea-spoon of sour milk. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash with warm water. For more effect you should take a course from 20 such masks – every day or every other day. Also you can mix 1 kneaded banana with 1 tea-spoon of honey. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash the face with warm water.

For dry and withered skin you should mix pulp of 1 banana with 1 egg yolk and 1 tea-spoon of sour cream. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash the face with warm water. You’d better to make this mask 2-3 times a week. The whole course is 20 masks.

If your skin is greasy, you should take a course from 20 masks like this. Knead 1 banana with 1 tea-spoon of lemon juice. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash face with warm water. You’ll get another variant of this mask if you add 1 egg yolk in the mixture of banana and lemon juice.

From rose petals

Rosewater is considered as wonderful stimulator for skin. In summer, when roses are blooming with such sweet fragrance, you can prepare tonic for face from petals of these beautiful flowers. With the help of rose tonic your cheeks will turn pink and color of face will improve.

To make it you need 6 table-spoons of fresh rose petals, 1 tea-spoon of hazelnuts and 300 ml. of water. Pour rose petals with boiling water and keep to infuse for 30 minutes. Then filter the infusion, add hazelnut and shake. Save rose tonic in the fridge and use regularly.

Say “NO!” to wrinkles and crinkles

Good way to fight against wrinkles is tonic based on medicinal herbs or fruit juices with adding homemade wine (for dry skin) or vodka (for grease skin). Such tonics will help to make the skin alive, to strengthen tissues and to save skin healthy, flexible and elastic.

To prepare tonic for grease skin you should grate 5 cucumbers and add with petals of 2 arum lilies and 5 roses. Pour it with ½ liter of vodka. Keep for 3 weeks and then filter. Add 1 glass of boiled water to 1 glass of tincture, and also 2 table-spoons of glycerin and 2 table-spoons of lemon juice.

For women with dry skin I offer tonic from herbs. Take 30 g. of camomile, 20 g/ of peppermint, 10 g. of rosemary and 20 g. of calendula and pour it with 1 liter of white wine. Keep for 2 weeks and then filter.

Use tonics twice a day – in the morning and in the evening. After morning washing rub the face with tonic and keep to dry, putting the day cream on the face. In the evening rub the cleaned face skin and keep to dry. When face dries, wash it with warm water.

For example, blend 2 table-spoons of clabber, olive oil and honey. Put it on the face for 20 minutes. Wash the face after mask and put nourishing cream on the face.

Also you should make masks from mixture of fruit or vegetable juice with milk. Such masks moisten skin very well. And again use clabber. Knead one peach and add 1 table-spoon of clabber (or take 1 yolk). Mix with 1 tea-spoon of vegetable oil or sour cream. Put the mask on the face and neck for 10-15 minutes.

Masks for withered skin

Today I offer easy homemade masks for women after 40s. Withered and wrinkly skin can be cared successfully. Generally woman of any age should stay attractive and charming. Well, it’s the lotion for dry withered skin. Take 2 table-spoons of poppy petals and pour it with 200 ml. of boiling water. Keep for some hours and then filter. Ointment with this lotion is very useful for wrinkled skin.

If you have wrinkled skin with dilated pores, you should make the mask from sweet cherries. Knead some cherries to prepare ½ glass of squash and add 1 tea-spoon of honey and 1 tea-spoon of lemon juice.

Good remedy from wrinkles is vegetable marrow and its juice. Take 1 tea-spoon of vegetable marrow juice and add pulverized yolk, mix everything and put on the face for 15 minutes. Take the mask away with the wad wetted in warm water. Then rinse the face with cold water. You can make another mask from vegetable marrow. Put vegetable marrow’s slices on the face and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash the face with milk.

Here is the rejuvenesced mask for withered skin. Mix in equal parts grapes juice and raw milk (approximately in ¼ glass). Wet layer of cotton wool in the mixture and put on the face. Cover the mask with the bath towel. In 15-20 minutes take the mask away and put the age-specific cream.

And finally the vitamin mask. Grate celery root and mix with grated apple. Add some oat flour for thickening/ Put the mask on the face and keep for 15 minutes. Then wash the face with decoction from leaves and root of celery. All components of this miraculous mask moisten and tone up the skin of women at a mature age.

Milk wonders

Do you know that many well-known cosmetic companies use milk for making various rejuvenated and regenerating creams? Useful components contained in milk, such as vitamins, proteins, mineral matters, glycoprotein and so on, have the ability to renew skin cells. Milk is used as a basis of different tonics, cleansers, lotions, which moisten, soothe and nourish skin.

In the homemade cosmetology milk is considered like one of the most effective product of face and body care. Curd, kefir, clabber are fine whitened and peeled means. After washing face with milk, face skin looks fresh and shining. In summer with its dry air and sun rays we often suffer from overdried skin. In this case I offer to make milk baths time to time.

To prepare milk bath you should add 2 liters of whole milk in the water or put gauze bag with 2-3 table-spoons of dried milk. Also you can make milk infusion with herbs in advance. Take in 1 table-spoon of camomile, mint, lavender and marjoram and pour it with 2 liters of milk. Keep mixture for 2 hours, then filter and add in the bath.

During milk bath you can make milk mask to moisten and soften face skin. Mix in equal parts curd, milk, olive oil and carrot juice. Put on the face for some minutes.

Some tips of hair care

Sure you agree that hair is one of the best decorations of human appearance. It’s like a beautiful frame for your face. And to look better we should care about hair with love, because hair has its own likes and dislikes. For example, hair likes to be brushed every day before sleep for 5-10 minutes in different directions. In reply hair will be thick, bright and easy-styled.

Sometimes you need wash head with an egg. You should take 1 egg and add warm water stirring slowly. Wet hair with hot water and rub egg mixture into head skin. Then rinse hair with running water and comb. If you want to strengthen hair’s roots, wash the head as described above and then rub 1 yolk into head skin and cover head with thick towel. Keep for 10 minutes and then rinse hair with warm water.

If you have such possibility, wash the head with rain water. If you wet hair with sea-water, you have to rinse them with fresh water then. To make your hair soft, you should grease them with burdock oil.

And finally I’d like to offer two masks for light and dark hairs. For light hairs you’d better to use the mask from camomile and rosemary. Take 1 table-spoon of camomile and 1 table-spoon of rosemary and pour them with ¾ glass of vodka. Put infusion in to dark place for 2 weeks, shaking it regularly. Filter infusion through gauze into the bottle from dark glass and close hermetically. Twice a week rub infusion into head skin.

Mask for dark hairs is made from hob and thistle. Take some hob and thistle (cupped hand) and pour it with 1 liter of water. Boil mixture for 20 minutes and then filter. After washing head, rinse hair with infusion and enjoy the bright color of your hair.

Pay attention to your teeth

In spring women often have problems with gums. They begin to bleed, to cover with small ulcers. What should we do? Look! Herbs, vegetables and fruits hurry to help you. Most of all various rinsings are popular.

Decoction from oak bark helps to treat gums very well. Pour 1 table-spoon ground oak bark with 1 glass of water and keep in the water bath on the light fire for 15 minutes. Then filter. Rinse mouth with this decoction twice a day, in the morning and evening.
Also rinse mouth with warm extract of Acorus calamus. It is easy to make at home. Pour 1 tea-spoon of cut Acorus calamus rhizome with 1,5 glass of boiling water and infuse it for 2 hours. Then filter.

During spring “rheumatic pain” in teeth you can use lemon juice. Squeeze juice of half a lemon into ½ glass of warm boiling water and rinse mouth with this liquid some times a day.

Calendula is well-known by its fine antiphlogistic and bactericidal qualities. If you suffer from stomatitis and gingivitis you need to rinse mouth in the morning and evening with aqueous extract of calendula. Pour 10 gram of flowers with 1 glass of boiling water and keep for an hour.

Also you can follow my plain advices. In spring and early summer conifers are covered with fresh thorny leaves. You should chew fresh thorns, not swallowing. They have pleasant taste and at the same time they manage many problems with gums. Another way is to eat sauerkraut. It contains a lot of vitamin C, which is very useful for gums. Bon appetit!

Some problems with hair

If your hair too dry, try to nourish them with mask from coltsfoot. Take 4-5 big leaves of coltsfoot, cut them very small and pour with 1 glass of milk in the ceramic dish. Add 1 tea-spoon of drawn honey and mix all ingredients. Put the mixture on the head skin and rub into hair on its length. Cover head with polyethylene and towel above. In 25-30 minutes wash hair with any soft shampoo. Make such procedure 3-4 times a month.

If your hair too greasy, make hair lotion from oak bark. Take 2 table-spoons of ground oak bark and 2 table-spoons of willow bark and pour with 1,5 glass of boiling water in the enamel ware. Keep for 1 hour. Filter decoction through gauze and add 1 table-spoon of vinegar. Before washing the head, put lotion on the head skin and on the hair. Cover head with polyethylene and towel above and keep for 30-45 minutes. Then wash the head with special shampoo for greasy hair.

If you suffer from seborrhea, treat hair with this mask. Take 4-5 fresh leaves of coltsfoot, cut them and pour with 2 glasses of boiling water in the enamel ware. Close with cover and keep on the water bath for 30 minutes. Then filter and pour to ceramic dish. Add 2 table-spoons of olive oil and mix. Put the mask on the hair and head skin, cover head with polyethylene and towel above and keep for 40 minutes. Then rinse hair with warm water with citric acid or vinegar.

If you have dandruff, itch and hair shedding, you should make infusion from coltsfoot leaves. Take 4-5 big leaves of coltsfoot, cut them and pour with ½ liter of boiling water in the enamel ware. Close with cover and keep for 30 minutes. Put it on the hair with wads of cotton wool wetted in the infusion. Cover the head with cotton towel and keep for 30-40 minutes. Herbal masks for skin care

Sure you can find a lot of different articles in net about use of herbs. Really herbs contain vitamins, biogenic stimulators, phytoncids, and natural hormones. All these useful components have salutary effect for skin, improve metabolism, and help to solve many skin problems.

Coltsfoot mask for greasy skin is easy to make. Prepare gruel from clean leaves of coltsfoot and put on the face. For dry skin you should pound clean leaves of coltsfoot, add ground raspberry, blackberry and viburnum. Put the cream on the face and add mask from clean leaves above. Keep for 10-15 minutes and then wash the face with warm water.

Here is recipe of infusion from sage for dry and sensitive skin. Take 2 table-spoons cut sage and pour it with 2 glasses of boiling water, keep before cooling and then filter. Infusion from sage is used for cleaning face and neck. Also from sage infusion you can make warm and cold compresses against eyes’ bags. Pour 1 tea-spoon of sage with ½ glass of boiling water. Keep for 10-15 minutes, filter and divide in half. Then cool one half of infusion and warm another half. Put cotton tampons wetted in hot and cold infusions on the eyelids in turn for 10 minutes. It’s better to make this procedure before sleep in a day.

For greasy skin I offer the cleanser from horse-tail infusion. Pour 1 table-spoon of horse-tail with 1 glass of cold water. Boil for 20 minutes and then filter decoction. Before sleep clean the face with infusion and horse-tail will dry the skin a little. Don’t forget if your skin has any allergic reactions; consult with a doctor before using herbal masks.

Make easy masks for face skin from cultivated berries

This mask for dry skin nourishes, moistens and whitens face skin. Mix ¼ glass of gooseberry juice with ¼ glass of milk. Wet some layers of gauze in it and put on the face. Also put the wet towel above. Keep for some minutes and then wash the face.

Here is mask for sensitive skin of face. You should mix 2 tea-spoons of red currant juice, 1 tea-spoon of curds and 1 tea-spoon of honey. Put the mixture on the face and in 15 minutes wash with cold water. Also you can make another mask. Mix 1 tea-spoon of curds with 1 tea-spoon of honey and add 2 tea-spoons of gooseberry juice. Put the mask for 10-15 minutes and then wash with cold water.

If your skin is normal you can make a mask from raspberry. Wet a napkin in the raspberry juice and put on the face for 15 minutes. Then take away mask and wash the face with cool water. This mask cleans and nourishes face skin. Or take 1 table-spoon of raspberries and mix with 1 table-spoon of honey. Put the mixture on the face for some minutes. This mask moistens skin very well.

And finally it’s mask for greasy skin from cherry. Wet a napkin in fresh cherry juice and put on the face for 15-20 minutes. Then wash the face with cool water. Also you can make the mask from apricot. Mash some apricots and mix with sour milk (1:1) and put on the face. Keep for 15-20 minutes and wash with cold water.

Yoghurt in the skin care

Yoghurt is very useful product, which you can use successfully in the care of face skin, body and hairs. To feel the magic cosmetic force of yoghurt you need small quantity of it. You will be surprised how it’s easy and effective in use.

Mask from yoghurt for face and neck. Mix 2 table-spoons of yoghurt with 2 table-spoons of yeast and add vitamin E in the oil. Put the mixture on the face and neck for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water.

Moistening and cleansing mask for body. You need 500 grams of natural yoghurt. Smear your body with yoghurt beginning from neck to ankles. In 15-20 minutes add some yoghurt on the callous parts of skin, especially on the elbows and lap. After this procedure take a warm shower and then rinse the body with cool water. You’ll see the body skin is unusually tender and silky.

Washing with yoghurt will help your face skin to get amazing softness and tenderness. For better effect wash the face with any scrub, then rub honey into skin and put grated cucumber on the face. In a minute rinse the face with warm water and wash with yoghurt.

And finally make cocktail with yoghurt for thin and slowed hairs. You should mix 6 table-spoons of natural yoghurt with 1 egg. Put the mixture on the head skin. Wrap warm towel around the head for 10-15 minutes and then wash the head. Make this mask once a week.

Cabbage against freckles

Spring has just come and many women began to suffer from freckles. It’s a pity that they don’t know about one tried remedy – cabbage, which has bleaching effect. Today I offer some recipes for face skin with freckles from cabbage. Sure everyone finds this vegetable in the fridge at home. My recipes fit to all types of face skin.

It’s a mask from cabbage with mayonnaise. Mix in 1 tea-spoon of ground fresh cabbage, sauerkraut and parsley. Add 2 tea-spoons of mayonnaise. Mask is ready. Also prepare ½ glass of juice from fresh cabbage. Put the mask on the face and keep for 30 minutes. Then take away the dried mask and clean the skin with wad of cotton wool wetted in the cabbage juice. You should make such masks every 3 days.

To intensify the effect from mask described above, you should clean the face skin with cabbage lotion some times a day. It’s very easy to make. Mix ½ glass of sauerkraut’s brine with ½ glass of cold boiling water. And the effective lotion is ready.

Generally you will be able to prevent appearance of freckles if you drink 1/3 glass of sauerkraut juice in the morning and 1 glass of milk in the evening. Use offered mask and lotion from cabbage regularly and don’t stay under straight sun rays.

Three easy masks for any type of skin

Beat yolk of 1 egg; add 1 tea-spoon of lemon juice, cognac and 3% hydrogen peroxide. Mix and put the mask on the face by brush. When it dries, put one more layer. Keep the mask on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash the face. This mask makes better the color of face skin, and whitens a little.

Knead the pulp of melon by fork and to leave for 1-2 hours. Then squeeze the juice from melon and pour into glass bowl. Add 2 table-spoons of honey and 1 tea-spoon of salt. Mix, filter and add 1 glass of vodka. Wipe clean skin by lemon lotion and don’t dry for 1-2 hours. Keep the lotion in the cold place. This mask moistens face skin very good.

Knead 2 table-spoons of sea-buckthorn berries and mix with 1 table-spoon of sour cream. Apply the thin and even layer of mask to face and stay for 20-25 minutes. Then wash the face by warm water. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times a week for 1.5-2 months. Your face skin will become healthy and well-groomed.

Apple vinegar for skin care

An apple vinegar, retentive all useful qualities of apples, is very popular product in cosmetology. Also people use this product for skin care. You can make simple tonic for problem teenager’s skin too. Add 1 table-spoon of apple vinegar to 1 glass of boiling water. Keep the mixture in the closed sterilized bottle. Use tonic in the morning and evening.

If your palms sweat, you should keep hands in the solution of apple vinegar time to time. Add 2-3 tea-spoons of vinegar to 1 liter of water and keep hands in the solution for 10 minutes. In the night clean the sweaty skin with apple vinegar.

If your hair too dry

Salt ice and pumpkin against acne

If you have acne rash on face skin, I advise you to clean skin with salt ice, which you can make by yourself easily. Dissolve 1 table-spoon of salt in 1 glass of boiling water. Milk and sage for eyelids skin

If you see bags and dropsical eyelids, you should use my simple recipe. To take bags away you need to clean eyelids skin with piece of ice made from water or milk every day. Also you should do contrasting eyewashes – warm and cold.

Warm eyewashes are made from milk, which is diluted with water half. Cold eyewashes are made from sage infusion. To prepare sage infusion you need pour 1 tea-spoon of sage with ½ glass of boiling water. Keep for 2-3 hours and then filter. Begin from warm eyewashes and finish with cold ones. It must be about 5 alternations.

There is an interesting recipe for hair care and I want to offer it for you. The thing is that you can make remedy for reinforcement of your hair based on cognac. You can take any kind of cognac.

At first, make decoction from burdock’s root. Pour 2 table-spoons of ground burdock’s roots with 1 glass of boiling water and boil for 10 minutes on the light fire. Filter and cool it. Then take 1 table-spoon of your favorite cognac and mix with 4 table-spoons of onion juice and 6 table-spoons of decoction from burdock’s roots.

Rub mixture into hair’s roots and put the piece of polyethylene on the head and also Turkish towel above. Keep for 30 minutes and then shampoo your head. Repeat this procedure twice a week and you’ll see the perfect result.

Vitamin mask for skin

Make intensive vitamin mask for face skin to take winter tiredness away. This mask is recommended for dry and normal skin.

Mix 2 tea-spoons of any liquid cream with 2 tea-spoons of yolk and add salt on the tip of knife. Then add in the mixture 15-20 drops of vitamin A, 15-20 drops of vitamin E and 8-10 drops of vitamin D.

Potato mask for your neck

Boil 2 potatoes in their jackets, clean and mash. Make “puree”, adding yolk of 1 egg, in 1 tea-spoon of honey, seed-oil, glycerin and lemon juice. Put the mixture on the gauze or cotton fabric and tie round the neck. Put polyethylene film above fabric and Turkish towel also.

In 20 minutes take compress away and wash the neck with warm water. Put any nourishing cream on the neck. Look at the mirror. Can you see the “swan-neck”?

Eat dried fruits to make your skin beautiful

Continuing the theme about purgation to help the organism to regulate metabolism, I offer the next recipe. Our bowels needs 25 gram of cellulose every day to work well. It helps him to take slags and carcinogens out, to organize the life of gut organisms.

All vegetables and fruits are rich with cellulose, and also nuts, bran and bread of coarse grinding. To diversify your menu I advise you to eat the mixture of dried fruits time to time instead of fruits and vegetables. So you will get the necessary amount of cellulose and at the same time a tasty dish.

Take in half a glass of raisins, prunes, dried apricots, fig and Circassian walnuts, wash them and scald with boiling water. Mince all dried fruits and add in half a glass of honey and unstrained infusion of ground linseed. To prepare linseed infusion take 2 table-spoons of linseed, pour it with 100 ml of boiling water and draw it for 20 minutes. Mix up all ingredients carefully.

Drink in 1 table-spoon of prepared mixture in the morning before breakfast and in 30 minutes before dinner or supper. Prepared mixture from dried fruits is kept in the fridge. Bon appetite!

Seven glasses of water is the secret of beautiful skin

To make your skin beautiful you should remember about the work of your bowels. You have to purge regularly. Sure you agree with me that this procedure isn’t very pleasant. But I offer you some easy ways to do it. Today I tell about 7 glasses water.

Make it a rule – to drink 7 glasses of clean (non-soda) water every day. The first glass, drunk at once after awakening, helps to increase moving the force of bowels. The next glasses help to dissolve and take out toxins, which appear in the organism during the whole day.

Keep the duty glass of water on the place, where you are. Sip all water slowly, not in one gulp. One glass of water is drunk for half an hour. Choose the mask for your own hair’s color

It’s very important to pay attention to your hair’s color. If your care about hair is wrong, the color of your hair can impair. Remember that the choice of means depends on the hair’s color.
The first mask I offer is for fair hair, and the second one is for dark hair.

It’s a decoction from hop for dark hair. Take handful of hop and handful of a kind of thistle, add 1 liter of water and boil for 20 minutes. Then filter decoction and it’s ready. After washing dark hair are rinsed by hop decoction.

Special mask for your nose

The most beautiful nose loses all its beauty if you can see enlarged pores on it. Mixture of surplus of skin fat with dust bridges pores. And pores become repugnant “black dots” – acne. Even hardest scrub can’t manage them. So you have to use the special mask.

Beat up white of egg, add 1 tea-spoon of sauerkraut juice and mix carefully. With wad of cotton wool put the mixture on the skin of the nose and around it. In winter the skin on the elbows often becomes coarse and rugged. But to solve this problem isn’t very difficult. For beginning spoil your elbows with warm bath with baking soda (1 table-spoon for 1 liter of water) and liquid soap or shower gel. Keep elbows in the bath for 10-15 minutes, and then dry them easily.

Now your elbows are ready for peeling. Put any peeling mass for face or for body, which you have. Massage every elbow for 2-3 minutes. Then wash elbows by warm water, dry and put any nutritious cream. You’d better to choose the cream with vitamins A and E.

In the evening you should use rich cream to care about elbows.

Do you like gardening? To care about your hands is very important especially if you like to work in the garden. Your hands work hard caring about vegetables and fruits in the garden and now it’s time for plants to care about overworked hands. You’d better to make the whole course of bathes for your hands.

For one bath you need 3 table-spoons of hips and 1 table-spoon of grinded black-currant leaves (better fresh, than dried). Pour 1 glass of boiling water into enamel saucepan with ready mixture. Boil decoction on the light fire until boiling and then filter. Add 1 table-spoon of honey and keep to brew for 1 hour.

Mix decoction with hot water half-and-half and keep the hands into it for 15-20 minutes. Then wipe hands and put any cream for hands. You’d better to prepare the decoction for some bathes at once and keep it in the fridge. The course from 5-7 bathes helps to recover hands skin after gardening.

Spa-salon at home

You can make spa-salon at home easily. For example, let’s make relaxing bath. Mix 4 table-spoons of dry lavender’s flowers, 1 table-spoon of cut fresh sage’s leaves and 1 table-spoon of piny-needles. Spill 1/2 liter of water in the mixture and boil on the weak fire for 10 minutes.

Filter aromatic decoction and dissolve 2 table-spoons of honey there. Add this composition in the warm water. Well, the bath is ready. Enjoy it! After the bath you’ll feel that you were born anew and obtain tender and smooth skin.

Don’t remember about allergic effect of honey. The women, who have allergy from honey, prefer to add in the aromatic decoction 2 table-spoons of parsley juice.

Easy recipes to care about dry skin

Pound 1 tea-spoon of clean and dry seed of dog-rose in the coffee-grinder, add 2 table-spoons of sour cream, 1 tea-spoon of lemon juice and mix. Put the mask on the face and tap in the skin by finger-tips slightly for 2 minutes. Then wash the face by warm water and put any nutritious cream. This cleansing mask also has effect of peeling.

Pound 1 ripe apricot by wooden spoon in the enamel ware, add 1 table-spoon decoction of hips and 1 table-spoon of sour cream. Mix and put on the face. In 10 minutes wash the face. This easy mask has emollient effect.

Pour 100 ml. of boiling water over 1 table-spoon of cut dog-rose’s sprouts and keep on the light fire for 5 minutes. Then take 3-5 grapes (without pits), knead them into a mush and mix with 1 tea-spoon of decoction. Put mask on the face, keep for 10 minutes and take away with a wad of cotton wool wetted in the warm water. This effective mask enriches dry skin very well.

Pay attention to your eyes

All we know that eyes and skin about them need more close care, because there are not hypodermic fatty tissue, elastin and not collagen around eyes. Most of all eyes like combined care: herbal washes, irrigation of skin, eyewash and special exercises.

What infusions can we use for eyes? During the day you’d better to use infusions from different herbs:
- equal parts of hop cones and leaves of sage;
- equal parts of milfoil, buckthorn bark and leaves of plantain;
- equal parts of lime-blossom, camomile, sage and horse-tail.

Pour 1 glass of boiling water over 2 table-spoons of any herbal mixture above. Keep for 30 minutes and then filter. In the morning and evening wash the face with herbal infusion and sprinkle skin around eyes from sprayer regularly during a day, especially in dry weather.

Take a half an hour to care about your hands

You are going to the party. Look at yourself – the dress is nice, beautiful coiffure, refined make-up and your hands… Oh, they are horny, stiff, tired. And you have too little time to put them to rights. Don’t worry, if you have at least spare half hour, use my recipe and your hands will be perfect.

Dissolve 1 table-spoon of starch in ½ liter of warm water. Add 1 table-spoon of kefir and mix. Put your hands into the mixture and keep for 15 minutes. Then dry them out with a napkin and put nourishing cream. In 5 minutes you can put nail polish.

By the way, here are some advices about nail polish. Dark dull polishes dry longer than light limpid ones. Remember about it, estimating necessary time. Also if you use pastes in the manicure, don’t forget to cover them above by clear lacquer. Pastes last longer and sparkle brighter from it. Have a good time.
