Are you saved from blue under-eye circles?

Blue under eyesSometimes in the morning we see blue under your eyes. The reason of blue under-eye circles can be hypodermic microextravasation. Vitamin K is responsible for blood coagulability and solidity of vessels walls in our organism. So, if you add foodstuffs rich in vitamin K, in the daily ration, you’ll be able to get rid of blue under-eye circles. Daily need in this vitamin is only 2 milligrammes. Try to eat more spinach, sorrel, cauliflower and white cabbage, tomatoes and pumpkin.

If you use any special cream for zone around eyes, pay attention to its composition. Such additions like cucumber, soy, seaweeds and vitamin C will help your vessels and consolidate eyes skin. If you prefer natural care, use my recipes of masks for skin around eyes.

Yolk mask – Beat one yolk with 1 tea-spoon of honey and 1 tea-spoon of sour cream or olive oil. Put the mixture on the skin around eyes. In 15-20 minutes wash the mask with warm water.
Banana mask - Knead one ripe banana; add 1 tea-spoon of milk.
Peach mask – Knead one ripe peach, add 1 tea-spoon of sour cream or vegetable oil.
Orange mask – Knead one yolk and add 1 table-spoon of olive oil by drops, then also by drops add juice of half an orange and 1 tea-spoon of honey.
