It's spring and garden works have already begun. Sure you enjoy open-air works. Right now you make everything to provide yourself with natural food. But there is one minus - we get tired of it very much. Don't worry! There are many easy homemade recipes for hands and feet tired from hard work in the garden. You will need these means if you have even a couple of beds.
At first, care about overworked hands and make warm bath from starch glue. Boil 1 teaspoon of starch in one glass of water. Dilute starch glue in 1 liter of warm water. Keep your hands in the solution for 15 minutes and then apply any nourishing cream. Make these baths every other day, until skin will become smooth and soft.
Also you can make a great cream for hands. Mix 1 yolk with 1 tablespoon of honey and 5 tablespoons of oatmeal. Apply this cream on the hands in the evening before sleep. It also returns softness and elasticity to skin.
Here is the recipe against goose pimples on the elbows and knees. Take 2-3 potatoes, 1 tablespoon of milk and any fruit or berry juice. Boil potatoes and make potato mash. Add milk, juice, mix carefully and apply on the knees and elbows. Wrap them with food tape and above with towels wet in the hot water. Hold this compress for 15 minutes and during this period wet towel in very hot water 2-3 times to keep the mask for knees and elbows warm.
Now it’s time to care about your tired legs. I offer the recipe of mint compress. Pour 2 tablespoons of mint with 1 glass of boiling water in the morning and leave to infuse till evening. Wet two long elastic bandages in the mint infusion in the evening and wrap legs from feet to knees. Lie on the bed put legs on the pillow and wait for 15-20 minutes. Then take bandages away.
