Orange is the fruit of orange tree, originally from China. Oranges contain 5 types of fruit acids, 14 vitamins, 3 types of mineral substances, various enzymes, and moreover, fruit and grape sugar. But the main advantage of an orange, like all citrus fruits is vitamin C. In 150 grams of orange you can find 80 mg of ascorbic acid. And this is enough for the human daily need in vitamin C.
Interesting! Orange juice is fine in the care of oily and porous skin.
