For normal skin. Take 2-3 plums, clean from peel and knead. Add ½ tea-spoon of sour cream and 1 tea-spoon of starch. Mix everything and put on the face and neck for 20-30 minutes. Then wash with warm water.
For normal and grease skin. Make juice from one peach. Add some milk and 1 table-spoon of oatmeal. Mix everything and put on the face for 20-30 minutes. Then wash with cold water. Here is another variant of this mask. Knead one peach and add 1 tea-spoon of starch or oat flour. Put mask on the face for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water.
For dry skin. Knead 1 peach and add some camomile infusion. Put on the face for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water. Nourishing lotion for dry skin is made from melon. Make juice from some layers of melon. Mix 1 table-spoon of juice with the same amount of boiled milk and mineral water. Clean face and neck with melon lotion twice a day. I want to remind that melon contains vitamin A, which is responsible for beauty and youth of skin. Also melon lotion has whitening effect.
For grease skin and skin with acne I recommend tomato mask. Put on the face layers of tomatoes with beaten white of egg. And clean acne face skin with mixture of tomato juice and glycerin.
For any type of skin. Make juice from melon. You need 2 table-spoons of melon juice. Mix 100 gram of semolina with 1 egg yolks (beaten). Add 2 tea-spoons of honey, ½ tea-spoon of salt and finally 2 table-spoons of melon juice. Put the mask on the face and neck for 15-20 minutes. This mask nourishes, refreshes, moistens and smoothes skin.

Vitamins for body skin
Don’t forget about your body skin. It needs in vitamins like a face skin. The best way of body skin care is various baths. It can be herbal baths, vitamin baths, salt baths and so on. Prepare the bath to your taste and enjoy it!
To make vitamin bath you need to mix in 1 part of raspberry and cowberry leaves, in 2 parts of sea-buckthorn and currant leaves, and in 3 parts of ashberry and dogrose leaves. Prepare infusion from them in proportion 100 gram of dry mixture for 2-3 liters of hot water. Boil the mixture on the fire for 15 minutes and then keep brewing for 45 minutes. Filter ad pour into the bath. Procedure should take since 5 till 20 minutes.
To make herbal bath you need to take in 3 parts of camomile and origanum, 4 parts of hop cones and 5 parts of motherwort and knotweed. Proportion the same - 100 gram of dry mixture for 2-3 liters of hot water. Use another recipe of herbal bath. Mix 4 parts of camomile, 5 parts of sea-buckthorn leaves, 3 parts of knotweed, 3 parts of viburnum branches, 3 parts of horse-tail and 2 parts of needles (branches of cedar, fir and pine-tree).

Find the help from freckles in the garden
May is the month when you can use verdure from your garden for skin care. Try and make sure of its conspicuous whitening effect. For example you can make easy masks from verdure and kefir. You need 2 table-spoons of cut parsley, sorrel, spinach, common elder and strawberries. Blend all ingredients with 1 table-spoon of kefir or curdled milk.
To take freckles and pigmental spots away you should wet face with extract of parsley. To prepare extract, pour cut green with boiling water, and keep for some hours. Then filter and use for cosmetic procedures.
You can prepare lotion for moving freckles away from flowers of dandelions. Pour 12 flowers with 1 glass of boiled water (room temperature) and keep for 1-1,5 hours. Then filter and rub the face skin 3-4 times a day.
Another lotion for skin with freckles is made from dandelions too. Pour 2 table-spoons of flowers with 1-1/2 glass of hot water and boil for 10-15 minutes. Then filter and use for washings.

Some minutes for eyelids skin
Our eyes are our soul’s mirror, aren’t they? But one day you see not soul but eye-bags. Of course there are many various special creams against them but you’d better to use homemade means to take eye-bags away and to care about eyelids skin effectively.
The easiest way of eyelids skin care is to put sour cream on the skin under eyes and keep for 15 minutes. Then wash away with cold tea. Or grate carrot and put in the small gauze kerchief. Put then on the eyes for 15 minutes and then wash eyes with cold tea.
In the morning it’s very useful to make compresses from strong tea. Wet cotton tampon in the fresh strong tea and put on the eyelids for some minutes. Then wash the skin with cold water or clean the skin with ice-block.
Make light massage by yourself. With finger-pads you should carefully press skin above eyebrows, then on the eyebrows and then to direction from temples to eye-corners. Since 7 p.m. do not take water or any other drinks.

Bananas in skin care
Sure banana is your favorite fruit. Bananas are very useful in all its qualities. This fruit has cellulose, protein, potassium, provitamin A, macrocells, organic acid (apple one mainly), vitamins C, B, PP and E. Pulp of banana used in cosmetic masks has perfect emollient, moistening and smoothing effects. That’s why masks from bananas are very useful and necessary for all women.
Firstly I offer some banana masks for all types of skin. Knead 1 banana as puree and mix with 2 tea-spoons of free sugar yoghurt or oatmeal. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes. Knead 1 banana and mix with some milk. Put on the face and in 15-20 minutes wash the face with milk.
Masks for normal and dry skin. Knead 1 banana and mix with 1 tea-spoon of sour milk. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash with warm water. For more effect you should take a course from 20 such masks – every day or every other day. Also you can mix 1 kneaded banana with 1 tea-spoon of honey. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash the face with warm water.
For dry and withered skin you should mix pulp of 1 banana with 1 egg yolk and 1 tea-spoon of sour cream. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash the face with warm water. You’d better to make this mask 2-3 times a week. The whole course is 20 masks.
If your skin is greasy, you should take a course from 20 masks like this. Knead 1 banana with 1 tea-spoon of lemon juice. Put on the face for 15-20 minutes and then wash face with warm water. You’ll get another variant of this mask if you add 1 egg yolk in the mixture of banana and lemon juice.

From rose petals
Rosewater is considered as wonderful stimulator for skin. In summer, when roses are blooming with such sweet fragrance, you can prepare tonic for face from petals of these beautiful flowers. With the help of rose tonic your cheeks will turn pink and color of face will improve.
To make it you need 6 table-spoons of fresh rose petals, 1 tea-spoon of hazelnuts and 300 ml. of water. Pour rose petals with boiling water and keep to infuse for 30 minutes. Then filter the infusion, add hazelnut and shake. Save rose tonic in the fridge and use regularly.

Say “NO!” to wrinkles and crinkles
Good way to fight against wrinkles is tonic based on medicinal herbs or fruit juices with adding homemade wine (for dry skin) or vodka (for grease skin). Such tonics will help to make the skin alive, to strengthen tissues and to save skin healthy, flexible and elastic.
To prepare tonic for grease skin you should grate 5 cucumbers and add with petals of 2 arum lilies and 5 roses. Pour it with ½ liter of vodka. Keep for 3 weeks and then filter. Add 1 glass of boiled water to 1 glass of tincture, and also 2 table-spoons of glycerin and 2 table-spoons of lemon juice.
For women with dry skin I offer tonic from herbs. Take 30 g. of camomile, 20 g/ of peppermint, 10 g. of rosemary and 20 g. of calendula and pour it with 1 liter of white wine. Keep for 2 weeks and then filter.
Use tonics twice a day – in the morning and in the evening. After morning washing rub the face with tonic and keep to dry, putting the day cream on the face. In the evening rub the cleaned face skin and keep to dry. When face dries, wash it with warm water.

It happens that skin becomes overdried after sun baths. To prevent it you should rub clabber in the skin regularly and to make masks from clabber. For example, blend 2 table-spoons of clabber, olive oil and honey. Put it on the face for 20 minutes. Wash the face after mask and put nourishing cream on the face.
Also you should make masks from mixture of fruit or vegetable juice with milk. Such masks moisten skin very well. And again use clabber. Knead one peach and add 1 table-spoon of clabber (or take 1 yolk). Mix with 1 tea-spoon of vegetable oil or sour cream. Put the mask on the face and neck for 10-15 minutes.

Masks for withered skin
Today I offer easy homemade masks for women after 40s. Withered and wrinkly skin can be cared successfully. Generally woman of any age should stay attractive and charming. Well, it’s the lotion for dry withered skin. Take 2 table-spoons of poppy petals and pour it with 200 ml. of boiling water. Keep for some hours and then filter. Ointment with this lotion is very useful for wrinkled skin.
If you have wrinkled skin with dilated pores, you should make the mask from sweet cherries. Knead some cherries to prepare ½ glass of squash and add 1 tea-spoon of honey and 1 tea-spoon of lemon juice.
Good remedy from wrinkles is vegetable marrow and its juice. Take 1 tea-spoon of vegetable marrow juice and add pulverized yolk, mix everything and put on the face for 15 minutes. Take the mask away with the wad wetted in warm water. Then rinse the face with cold water. You can make another mask from vegetable marrow. Put vegetable marrow’s slices on the face and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash the face with milk.
Here is the rejuvenesced mask for withered skin. Mix in equal parts grapes juice and raw milk (approximately in ¼ glass). Wet layer of cotton wool in the mixture and put on the face. Cover the mask with the bath towel. In 15-20 minutes take the mask away and put the age-specific cream.
And finally the vitamin mask. Grate celery root and mix with grated apple. Add some oat flour for thickening/ Put the mask on the face and keep for 15 minutes. Then wash the face with decoction from leaves and root of celery. All components of this miraculous mask moisten and tone up the skin of women at a mature age.

Milk wonders
Do you know that many well-known cosmetic companies use milk for making various rejuvenated and regenerating creams? Useful components contained in milk, such as vitamins, proteins, mineral matters, glycoprotein and so on, have the ability to renew skin cells. Milk is used as a basis of different tonics, cleansers, lotions, which moisten, soothe and nourish skin.
In the homemade cosmetology milk is considered like one of the most effective product of face and body care. Curd, kefir, clabber are fine whitened and peeled means. After washing face with milk, face skin looks fresh and shining. In summer with its dry air and sun rays we often suffer from overdried skin. In this case I offer to make milk baths time to time.
To prepare milk bath you should add 2 liters of whole milk in the water or put gauze bag with 2-3 table-spoons of dried milk. Also you can make milk infusion with herbs in advance. Take in 1 table-spoon of camomile, mint, lavender and marjoram and pour it with 2 liters of milk. Keep mixture for 2 hours, then filter and add in the bath.
During milk bath you can make milk mask to moisten and soften face skin. Mix in equal parts curd, milk, olive oil and carrot juice. Put on the face for some minutes.

Some tips of hair care
Sure you agree that hair is one of the best decorations of human appearance. It’s like a beautiful frame for your face. And to look better we should care about hair with love, because hair has its own likes and dislikes. For example, hair likes to be brushed every day before sleep for 5-10 minutes in different directions. In reply hair will be thick, bright and easy-styled.
Sometimes you need wash head with an egg. You should take 1 egg and add warm water stirring slowly. Wet hair with hot water and rub egg mixture into head skin. Then rinse hair with running water and comb. If you want to strengthen hair’s roots, wash the head as described above and then rub 1 yolk into head skin and cover head with thick towel. Keep for 10 minutes and then rinse hair with warm water.
If you have such possibility, wash the head with rain water. If you wet hair with sea-water, you have to rinse them with fresh water then. To make your hair soft, you should grease them with burdock oil.
And finally I’d like to offer two masks for light and dark hairs. For light hairs you’d better to use the mask from camomile and rosemary. Take 1 table-spoon of camomile and 1 table-spoon of rosemary and pour them with ¾ glass of vodka. Put infusion in to dark place for 2 weeks, shaking it regularly. Filter infusion through gauze into the bottle from dark glass and close hermetically. Twice a week rub infusion into head skin.
Mask for dark hairs is made from hob and thistle. Take some hob and thistle (cupped hand) and pour it with 1 liter of water. Boil mixture for 20 minutes and then filter. After washing head, rinse hair with infusion and enjoy the bright color of your hair.
